Founded in 2005, Molte Grazie (formerly Gratzi) Italian Restaurant is owner and Chef Richard White’s labor of love, not simply for quality Italian cuisine, but for the family who surrounds him and the city they’ve called home for over thirty years.

As a graduate of the Cambridge Institute of Culinary Arts in Massachusetts and a former intern of the world renowned chef and restaurateur Todd English, Richard had the strong educational background to vault him into a successful career as a chef at some of Houston’s finest dining establishments. After working in the kitchens of such well-regarded restaurants as Nino’s and Stables, Richard moved on to become the co-owner of Campioni Italian Restaurant, where he worked to further hone his culinary flair for ten years.

His devotion to his craft and determination to evolve his work to its highest potential have been met with the help and support of his family, and together they have united to establish not another chain restaurant, but one that is locally owned and so intrinsically tied to their family that they claim no corporate investors. Instead, each investor has reached out to support Grazie from their own branch of Richard’s family tree.

At Grazie, we strive to foster a homey atmosphere of life and laughter, where diners may find themselves partaking in warm conversation with one member of the owner’s family while being provided the utmost in friendly service by another. The restaurant offers a menu of Italian favorites like pizza, spaghetti, lasagna, and chicken parmesan intermingled with meals of Richard’s own inspired creation, including Chicken Romano, Veal Giovanni, and Linguine Pescatori. The lunch menu offers its own enticements with the classic meatball sub and the best muffaletta west of New Orleans.

None of this speaks of the stars of our offerings, however: we are proudly known for our sauces, and we remain ever-dedicated to preparing our meals from scratch using only the freshest of ingredients. We are also delighted to say that we’ve recently opened a full bar as we continue to embrace new ways to complete your dining experience.

Located in Spring, Texas, Molte Grazie (formerly Gratzi) has become a favorite restaurant for people from Spring, Tomball, The Woodlands, and other parts of the Greater Houston Area.
